My doctor does not have an Electonic Medical Record System. Can I still use the EMRy STICK?
Absolutely. You can still enter your medical records into your EMRy STICK and review the information with your
doctor using printed reports.
How do I know if the EMRy STICK is configured to work with my doctor's EMR System?
We will list every EMR System the EMRy STICK can communicate with on this page. (See Below)
You will need to ask your doctor if they use one of these systems. Have them contact us for a
free consultation about using the free EMRy STICK Companion software. The EMRy STICK Companion
is required for doctors to automatically retrieve your medical records from their system.

So if you do not yet communicate with my doctor's EMR System
then your product is no better than the competition?
Untrue, we have a better logo. We also have some other features that we think are pretty useful too.

The EMRy STICK does not require additional software such as WORD.
The layout is much easier to navigate than most of the competing products.
Doctors without an EMR System will find the auto Chart Note feature very useful. They can update your EMRy STICK
directly and then print out the the information for their own records
And when it boils down to it, there are only a few major players in the EMR world. Chances are if the EMRy STICK does not
communicate with your doctor's EMR System today, it will in the very near future. Ask you doctor to contact us and we
will put their EMR System high on the priority list.
Provider Questions
Do you offer Private Label or Branding for the EMRy STICK?
Yes. We can work with you to create a customized PHR product for your patients. There
is no better way to promote your practice then providing a PHR to your patients branded
with your practice name and logo.
Can you automatically provide medical records to my patients from my system?
Yes. If we have not yet configured the EMR (Electronic Medical Record) system you use then we can
normally create a connection to your system in a just a few days.
Can you import or insert medical data from a patient into my EMR?
Yes. Just as we can export medical records from your EMR we have the capability to
insert data as well. You can even choose what gets imported and are notified if some
information cannot be inserted without help from staff.
If this works for patients can I send encrypted electronic medical records to other referring doctors?
Yes. Doctors that receive an electronic medical record from you would need to have an EMRy STICK viewer.
Do you send medical records using the standardized CCR or CCD format?
The answer to this is not straight forward. The CCR and CCD formats are standards but they are standards for
a plain text file. As such they are unencrypted and can be read by anyone using notepad or Word. If the files were encrypted then
the receiver would need to have a special program to un-encrypt the file. In short we can and will provide the ability
to export medical records into both the CCR and CCD formats but these formats are not necessary when sending
the information as an encrypted file.
